| Does the sentence above convey the idea that the person whom the sentence is addressed to is in such a bad situation that he may not recover? May it be offensive? Would I wish you all the best be better? Thank you in advance |

| It might be wiser not to introduce "luck" into wishes for recovery. With all best wishes for your rapid recovery Hoping that you will recover very soon. I wish you all the best for a rapid recovery. |

| No. They probably won't think twice about it - but you seemed uncertain, so perhaps it will be better not to use "luck" in similar messages |
