Default enough money or money enough

i'm sorry.i haven't enough money to buy the book.
i'm sorry.i haven't money enough to buy the book.

why the adverb "enough" in the noun "money" front?
what is the different between the two?

Ulli is also an abbrevation for a girl's name (Ulrike) :wink:
