Default only she did any good

Hello everyone
I'd like to ask about the meaning of the phrase "only she did any good."

A buzzing sound got both their attention. Some of the "bug squad" that Johansen and his Orcas had engaged had broken through and were heading toward them. They were no bigger than a person. Vega concentrated and fired on them.
So did Spahiu. Only she did any good, as the EW1 beams sliced right through them.

Vega and Spahiu began fighting flying aliens. Orcas are kind of combat aircraft and EW1 is an energy weapon which fires beams of energy.

Does the phrase "Only she did any good" mean "only her shots were effective causing damage to the enemy?"
