    Where is it most appropriate to identify a source other than hard copy, such as Via Fax or Via E-mail, in a business letter?

    What do you mean? Surely it is evident that an e-mail is an e-mail, and a fax is a fax, and there is no need to state the fact in the text.

    Can you give an example?
