question about flight
hi,
when you travel by plane you usually catch 2 flights: the flight that takes you to your destination and the flight that brings you back from your destination.
how do you call those flights in English? how do you qualify them?
the going flight?
the coming back flight?
thanks,
jc

The 'departing' flight is the first flight you take. If you need to make an intermediary stop, you will take a 'connecting flight' to your final destination.
Your 'return flight' will take you home when your trip is over.
