Default Grammatical errors

Could anyone please write to me if there are any mistakes in the following or if you can replace any sentence witha better one.
Q1. At what pace does checking-in takes place?
A1. Checking-in takes place at a hectic pace.

Q2.Name two duties of the ground crew.
A2. The ground crew are responsible for handling the luggage and attending to the passengers.

Q3. What do baggage handlers do at one end of the conveyor belts?
A3. At one end of the conveyor belts, luggage handlers fasten tags to the luggage and drop them on the conveyor belts.

Q4. What do well-wishers do in the lounge?
A4. In the lounge, well-wishers give instructions and bid farewell.

Q5. Why is a public-address needed in the lounge?
A5. A public-address system is needed in the lounge to keep the passengers informed of the latest updates.

Q6. What are two of the problems expressed by air travellers?
A6. The two problems expressed by air-travellers are their seat preferences and air sickness problems.

Q7. If travellers need information, whom should they ask?
A7. If travellers seek information, they should inquire the girls at the mushroom-shaped counter.

Q8. Name two things that one can buy ata aduty-free shop.
A8. At a duty-free shop, one can buy cigarettes and liquor.

Q9. What does the second paragraph describe?
A9. The second paragraph provides us a brief description of the measures undertaken by the ground crew to ensure proper handling of the luggage in the subsequent stops.

The other sentences were fine grammatically.
