b) what
c) which
d) that

My anwer is C but I'm not sure.

b) is the best answer. c) is not good.

Either a or b would work, Honyk. As 2006 said, c would not be natural English.

d would be possible with something added after "I said".

Did you hear that I said something/that/BS/...?
