any comments/comment

Hi,
Thanks in advance for answering my question!
Should I use plural or singular for noun after the word 'any'?
For excample, should I say "Call me if you have any comment!" or "Call me if you have any comments!" To me, the word after 'any' should be singular, like 'any one', 'any person'. However I don't understand why people say "Call me if you have any suggestionS!"

Please advice.

I will advise you; here is my advice:

In non-affirmative and conditional use, "any" generally goes before a non-count noun or a plural count noun; it's unusual for it to modify a singular count noun, though there are exceptions. If your native language is Latinate, this will be counter-intuitive.

We don't have any wine.
I don't have any money.
We didn't find any mushrooms.
Do you see any clouds?
Call out if you see any bears.

Exception:
I don't see any problem with that.
