Default nouns whose plurals are identical to singular

Is there a name for words whose plurals are the same as the singular: sheep, moose, series, etc? Thanks a lot.

Mass noun, see:

http://www.usingenglish.com/glossary/mass-noun.html

Non count noun, see:

I think both mass noun and noncount noun all refer to your question.
Go to www.google.com and search for either, you will find plenty of sites. (more of mass noun)
