is it right if i say "in the meeting" or "on the meeting"

Both - it depends on what you are saying:
I took the minutes (=note of what was said) of the meeting.
He was only in the meeting for a few minutes before he was called away.
A report on the meeting between the Heads of State and their proposals will be available later.
When you are making an enquiry, it is better to give a sentence in which you want to use the phrase.
