HELP, I'm a young female teacher new to my job recently. I had an accident in class the other day. I was in the middle of introducing myself to the class but I was so nervous, I peed in my skirt. Now whenever I go into class, It always feels like I'm gonna go again whenever I speak. How do I get over this problem?
