Post please hellp me to write this letter

THANK YOU in advance.

Dear Dr. F.

You brought some photocopy materilas to the library to reserver for course 26-212. You copied 3 capters from book "B". Due to copy right rules can only photocopy 20% of the book. But you are over the number of copies. I, therefore request that you make a decission which capaters are the important ones that you must have on reserve for your course. Please let us know as soon as possible.

Sincerely,

Linda

Check your spellings!

Instead of "reserve to", use "available/make available"..
