Default Telling A Client He/she Has Not Paid Yet

Is There Any Model Of A Formal And Really Polite Letter To Tell A Client He/she Has Not Paid Yet, If He/she Has Paid To Send Us Its Swift Or When We Could Expect Payment.

    Thanks
