Default as we arranged, as we have arranged

I'm afraid I can't meet you on Sunday as we arranged.
This sentence comes from Raymond Murphy's ENGLISH GRAMMAR IN USE. I'd like to know if we could use the present perfect in the as-clause:

I'm afraid I can't meet you on Sunday as we've arranged.

Thank you very much.

I wouldn't use the present perfect there. As you are cancelling, you could use the past perfect.
