    Question how to restart?

    Hi.dear teacher Im an advanced English learner and Ive stopped studying Enlish since last trimester,so naturally my English has become a bit rusty now.How do you think I could restart in a best way and what do you think Its better and more necessary to start with?

    unfortunately I dont have any single opportunity to speak my words right now.what do you think I should do to manipulate my knowledge and to get my words into use?
