I eat most dairy products. I'm not keen on yogurt, though.

I don't know what 'most' means in this sentence. Or should it be 'ostly'?

Joham, depending on the context of the sentence, either 'most' or 'mostly' would be correct.

1) "I eat most dairy products; cheese, milk, whipped cream, and butter. I'm not keen on yogurt, though."

2) "I don't care for beef or chicken. I eat mostly dairy products. I'm not keen on yogurt, though."

If you eat most dairy products that means that there are only a few dairy products that you don't eat. If you eat mostly dairy products that means that you eat little else. (Diary products constitute most of your diet.)
