are these sentences ok?

1) "you are making a mess out of it".

if so, is "out of it" mandatory?

2) "how often/frequently does the bus comes/passes here?"

can i use "passes here"?

'You are making a mess.' means you are making the place dirty or untidy.

2) "how often/frequently does the bus comes/passes here?" First of all, 'pass' and 'come' are the correct verb forms.
The best verbs are 'come' and 'stop'. How often/frequently does the bus come/stop here?

can i use "passes here"? "pass" is not good; it strongly suggests passing by/going by but not stopping.

thank you very much.

i am a little lazy when it comes to capitalizing letters (even when using my own language).

regarding "out of it", the context is the following:

somebody invites someone to play a game.

the person invited loses, keeps regreting having lost the match and wants a revenge.

then the first guy says: "you are taking it too seriously. you are making an issue out of it".

i may have lost a few words from the actual conversation but that is the general idea.
