'Call a meeting to passengers?', or 'Call to passengers a meeting?'
I don't understand if, for example,: 'The director call a meeting the clerks in the lounge' is more correct than 'The director call to clerks a meeting in the lounge', or than 'The director call a meeting of clerks in the lounge'.
Would you explain me what's the correct statement? Thank you very much.
