The 21st century sees - not too keen on the tense as the century has a long way to go- I would use 'has seen'
the advancement - no article and, IMO, it would be better in the plural (if so, then change 'has' to 'have')

Factual issue- computers and mobile phones were products of the last century.

    Hi there,
    Thanks a lot.
But the subject 'advancement' is uncountable noun. So is it better to use 'which has' instead of 'which have'

It can be countable or uncountable- here, I would use the plural.
