    Hi,

    could you please tell me whether it is possible to say "starting point of transport"? (the place where transport starts)

    It's possible to say that, but if you provide the entire sentence you want to write, it will help us give you alternatives that may be better. Off the top of my head "Departure point" seems more likely - but with more context, it's easier to tell.

    Article III. states that the place of delivery is the starting point of the transport, i.e. Russia.
