    Is 'vocabulary' countable or uncountable?
    When to use it as countable or uncountable?

    It is both.

    His vocabulary is exceptional for a student.
    Reading widely will build your vocabulary.

    The vocabularies of different languages are fascinating to study.
    There are many indexing vocabularies to be considered when cataloguing a library.
