Hi, I don't know exactly the meaning or when I can used...as far as, regarding,concerning, as for... ¿are any rules about how can I use them?

As far as = to the degree or extent that [something] . "As far as[I can tell], he speaks English very well"/"He has written a wonderful book, as far as [I can judge]"..
regarding and concerning are interchangeable = with regard to; "Regarding/concerning his skills, we can recommend him highly".
As for = with regard to. "As for John, he is busy that day so will not come"/" As for the country's foreign policies, not everyone is agreed on them".
