    Default Subject-verb

I am writing definitions from a textbook. One of the words states the definition below. My question is, what is the subject. Is it series or actions? If it’s serious, the verb should be has or if it’s actions, the verb should be have?

A process is defined as a series of actions that has no beginning or end and is constantly changing.

Since it is A process being defined as A series, the word is "has."

This one is a little tricky. Series is the subject of the clause that has has as its verb. Although it looks like a plural, series is a singular and agrees with the singular verb has.
