Minimal pair
Hi, can you please help me to identify if green-bean is a minimal pair?
Thanks.

Re: Minimal pair
definition of minimal pair: a pair of words, as pin and bin, or bet and bed, differing only by one sound in the same position in each word, esp. when such a pair is taken as evidence for the existence of a phonemic contrast between the two sounds.
gr (ee) n
b (ea) n
There are different beginnings and endings, and the sounds are not exactly the same. They do rhyme, however.
