Default Pls. correct my grammar, thanks

1. Please fill out the attached document of ODC and return to us ASAP. This is for Walgreen’s shipment of PD5098 which was shipped on August 02, 2007.

2. There are 100 carton boxes (2000pcs cargo) will be used the label to correct the box length from 64cm to 65.80cm. The PO number is 123 and 458
