Default subject and predicate for (let's not fight with him)

Let's not fight with him.

How to identify subject and predicate in this sentence?
Could you isolate `subject and predicate' in this sentence for me?

"Let's" ("Let's" ("Let us") is the subject even though "us" is in the objective case?

Of course I believe you. (I know the subject of that sentence isn't "him".)
