Cool Abstract Busby Berkely-esque body patterns whirling through movie The Boy Friend

Not quite sure of understanding the sentence "Abstract Busby Berkely-esque body patterns whirling through movie The Boy Friend by Ken Russell.

Does it mean "models of body similars to Busby Berkely style but in an abstract way whirling arrond in a sequence of The BOy Friend.?

Any explanation very well received, please.

Busby Berkeley choreographed the most amazing dance sequences: http://tinyurl.com/yuo95e

"The Boy Friend" drew on these - so "patterns created by the dancers' bodies in the same way as those created by Busby Berkely".
