I donīt know why the expression: Thank you for your dedication to serving our Customers, is correct.
I would say; Thank you for your dedication to serv our Customers.

Could you explain it to me

Sounds like a thank you to the employees. I think the meaning is related to the company motto or mission:

Thank you for your dedication to (our company's Mission, which is) Serving our Customers)
