I hope teacher can provide some web site that list down all the words that helped to make a sentence or paragraph coherent.

I not sure whether is called coherent words, because is also known as signal words and phrases.

By the way teacher, is or are there any other type of words to make a sentence or paragraph coherent

I suggest you get a grammar book and learn from it.

To make your paragraphs "coherent" (undertandable) write a topic sentence one the subject, add two supporting sentences, and then write a summary sentence. That will help your thoughts to be understood by the reader.
