What is a conducted tour?

If someone goes for a conducted tour what does that tour really mean?

Thanks.

A tour can be anything where you go around an area, a house, a garden, a country, etc. In all those cases you may go alone or with company. So a conducted tour is when a person with considerable knowledge takes you around that place explaining all the things you can see and/or want to know.
