is the sentence structure of the following correct???
Layout S04-4437-B & S04-4470-B has been up-loaded to the website.
Note: S04-4437-B & S04-4470-B are two separate drawing ID numbers..

If there are two, then use plural "have", like this,
They have been uploaded.
If there is just one, then use singular "has",
It has been uploaded.
Choice depends on whether you consider "Layout S04-4437-B & S04-4470-B" as a singular unit (i.e. one thing that has been uploaded) or as a plural unit (two separate units that have been uplaoded together).
