    Default Is my understanding correct?

    Hello Everyone,

I construe the follow sentence as :

He was trialed here on the priciple of the presumbion of innocence. However there was sufficient evidence proving that he was guilty.

    The original sentence is:
"He is here because he was tried and convicted beyond reasonable doubt given the presumbtion of innocence by a jury of 12 people."

    Regards

    Sky

Your understanding is correct, but you made some mistakes:

    Presumption instead presumbtion

    Principle instead priciple

You can use the corrector built in your browser. Particularly I recommend Mozilla.

    Regards

He went on trial here on the principle of presumption of innocence. However there was sufficient evidence proving that he was guilty.
