the name of a profession
Hello, Mike and other moderators!
I want to ask you something. In the big superstars hotels and cruiser ships there are people who arrange the food on the trays for special dinner parties, banquettes or cocktail parties. To be more precise, from the kitchen the cooks carry them those big trays with cold appetizers and they make, for example, trees from cabbiges, turnips, carrots. They can make statues, birds from vegetables or ice to complete the trays or to be put on the tables. I don't know what is the name of this job or how they call these people in American English. Please, if you can help me I will be very glad. Thank you in advance.

How about fruit-carving artists and vegetable-carving artists?
