When I want to describe an action of a man using his laptop what preposition and article shall I use? Is he working on a computer, on the computer, at the computer, with a computer?
What article, if any, shall I use in a sentence: The cheapest means of transport is a/the/- bus.

these are all correct.

What article, if any, shall I use in a sentence:

The cheapest means of transport is
a bus
the bus
by bus
bus

all correct.

I think that's should choose "Is he working on the computer"?Is that right??

You could say that. You could also say He is working at the computer.
