I would understand that you want to go online with any of those sentences.
use - do something with the internet.
access - find a site on the internet.
connect to - have an internet service at my home.

    hi,

in this case i would like to browse some web sites on the internet.

suppose i come inside an internet cafe and say to the clerk "i would like to use the internet". is it ok?

can i also say "i would like to access the internet" ?
