Please correct me the following two sentences.

1. He seems to be interested in music.

2. He seems to have interested in music.

What's their difference ?

2. He seems to have interested in music.

1. He seems to be interested in music. - This one is fine as it is.

2. He seems to have interested in music. - If you are going to use the word 'have', then I would suggest you write it as He seems to have an interest in music.
