I would just like to know which of the following two expressions is the most commonly used or most correct:

Fine by me

Fine with me

Thank you for your response

Correct is fine by/for me

smudla

[christea]

The most commonly used expression is 'Fine by me'. This means you are happy with the situation;choice offered etc.
'fine with me' just means the same thing.
