Sending mail to the customer.. please proof read the draft

Here is the scenario...


My past client contacted me state that she still interested to appoint me a job for her company. She also asks me about a couple of documents and my resume. Unfortunately, I just resigned from my previous employer and now I’m working somewhere else and might be unable to deliver the job because of time restriction. I have to concentrate my job here rather than doing freelance somewhere else.
However, I’m really interested to do the job as freelancer, but I’m not sure whether I have a time to do it or not.
So, here is the draft of that email.

Dear Maria,


How are you?
According to our phone conversation this morning, I’m glad to hear that you are still interested to appoint me to perform the job.
Here are the documents and my resume as requested.

Mm...What else should I put in this email to state that I’m really interested to work with her again?

It is not clear from what you say whether she is offering you full-time employment or wants to take you on as a consultant or on a free-lance basis.

Thank you for your reply and your dedication to this site. I just saw you give handful assistant to lot of people out there here.
For your information, I have been working with her on one project and she said I did very well in that job. When she found out that I already left from the company, she was quite surprise because she wants me to do another job for her. She just asked me thru the phone something like this

Her : “So Hampeh, what can you do to help me. I have a lot of project and I need your assistant”

Me : “First of all, thanks for the opportunity. Your question seems really hard to answer since I just worked here and didn’t plan to move out at this moment. However, I’m ok with any freelance job.”

Her : “Okay, we’ll see what can I do for you. By the way, can you send me the document ABC. I lost it and cannot ask it from my superior because she will angry because of this”

Me : “Ok. I’ll find it and send it to you as soon as possible.

Her : “Hampeh, if you really interested to work with us (I’m not sure whether she offer me full time or free-lance), can you send your resume to me.

Me : “Yes, sure”

So, here is the draft. However, i'm thinking something is not right. Maybe lack of point, wording, grammar... Hmm really appreciate if you can look into it
