    Which sentence is correct.

    Does everyone understands the instrcutions on how to dance?

    Does everyone undertand the instructions on how to dance?

    "understand" is correct. The verb "does" goes with the noun "everyone," which is considered to be a singular noun.

    The declarative sentence "Everyone understands the instructions..." is different in that the verb is different from the verb used in the question.
