Hello,
Please could someone advise me on whether it is ok to use the following sentence in written english:
Here's our favourites...
I think really the sentence should be Here are our favourites...
Could someone please give me some pointes on this.

You are right. It should be "Here are our favorites."
However, some native speakers use a singular verb even when the subject is plural.
See another example.
Informal: There's some books on the shelf.
Correct form: There are some books on the shelf.
This happens quite frequently but is not generally considered to be grammatically correct. It depends on how much of a purist you are. :wink:

I agree with SS's response. :D In addition, given the "...", it could also mean,
Here (i.e. this list) is (what we deem) our favourites (to be).
