Did Tom enjoy karakoe last week is correct - its a question so you need to use the present form.

For a reply about last week then you need to use the past form - Yes, Tom enjoyed karaoke last week.

Rule:

Affirmative: Subject+Verb ( second form/ed) = Tom enjoyed; Tom bought;

Negative: Subject+DID not+Verb ( first form ) = Tom did not enjoy; Tom did not buy;

Interrogative: DID+Subject+Verb ( first form ) =Did Tom enjoy?; Did Tom play?
