is the passage written correctly?
Hello everyone
I'd like to ask if the following passage written correctly:
The other participant in the discussion, Mr. X, thinks that it would be incorrect to say that some foreign model of civil society was introduced into YYY. In European countries, for example, civil society was created by uniting people who helped each other. They often did not do any favors to strangers and cooperated to achieve their common causes and interests.
YYY is the name of the country.

He meant (in russian) what is corresponding to the following meaning of "some".
5. used with singular nouns to refer to a person, place, thing or time that is not known or not identified: There must be some mistake. He’s in some kind of trouble. She won a competition in some newspaper or other. I’ll see you again some time, I’m sure.
In other words, he was talking about one foreign model of civil society, but not a particular one.
