accelerated/speeded up forming
Hello everyone
I'd like to ask what word is more appropriate in the following context.
Such model is not the one that has been introduced here, thinks Mr. X.
Most likely financial conditions have been created here for accelerated forming of this model.
Or is it better to use "speeded up forming"?

It is not quite clear what "model" refers to. Is it a vehicle or is it a model for an economic plan [or something similar]?

Here is the context:
The other participant in the discussion, Mr. X, thinks that it would be incorrect to say that some foreign model of civil society was introduced into YYY. In European countries, for example, civil society was created by uniting people who helped each other. They often did not do any favors to strangers and cooperated to achieve their common causes and interests.
Such model is not the one that has been introduced here, thinks Mr. X.
Most likely financial conditions have been created here for accelerated forming of this model.

Re: accelerated/speeded up forming
I would rephrase this as:
Such a model is not the one that has been introduced here, thinks Mr. X.
Most likely financial conditions here have created a suitable situation for the accelerated forming of this model.
