Is the following sentnece correct?
I lost my backpack with some stuff in it such as, a camera, films, books and so on. or
I lost my backpack and there were some stuff, such as a camera ...
( which is better? or Do you have any other suggestion??)

Stuff is the uncountable equivalent of things. Correct your sentences this way:
I lost my backpack with some stuff in it such as a camera, film and books.
I lost my backpack and there was some stuff such as a camera, film and books.
