Need help in writing a letter of discontentment

need help in writing a letter of discontentment for my employer...i have approached his in writing about harassment and told them to address the issue. It has been a week now and they have not advised this person of my complaint...what could i put in writing to stress the need for this issue to be addressed?

Please draft a letter, saying in it what you would say to your employer if standing in front of him.
