Here is the situation

John just working at a new company and was provided with a computer in order to do his job. Unfortunately, the computer doesn’t have software that he needs. Write an email to helpdesk (it department) to asking about all the software that he needs.

Dear helpdesk/sir,

Kindly please install the following software into my computer.

1.ABC Software
2.XYZ software
3.DEF software

Your kind assistance is really appreciated. If there is anything else you need, please let me know

No. This is the real situation.

Ooh… just notice it. Actually install it, not asking them.

So the right sentence should be “Write an email to the helpdesk (I.T. Department) asking their help to install all the software that is needed by John because he doesn’t have an authority to do that. Only administrator from I.T Department can install software.
