What do you say to describe the resuming of electricity after the electricity is off?
Can I use "the electricity resumes"

We don't use "the electricity resumes", S.

For sure "The power's back on" is what I would say.

If I had to write it more formally, I might go with "Electrical service (or power) has been restored."
