There are some words concerning the matter in question.

I have worked in this company for ten years. (The fact is emphasized.)
I have been working in this company for ten years.(The process is emphasized.)

The Present Perfect denotes completed action connected with the present.

The Present Perfect Continuous Inclusive is used to denote an action which began in the past, has been going on up to the present and is still going on.

The Present Perfect denotes a completed action while the Present Perfect Continuous there is an implication of incompleteness

He has made some experiments.
He has been making experiments.

I have worked at the problem for several months.
We have been working and working at the problem for months and I don/t think we are likely to solve it.

I may or may not continue working here but I am only referring to the 10 year period ending now.

I have been working in this company for ten years.
A ten year period of work for a company that will continue on from now.
I will continue working here beyond the present moment for some period of time.

I think technically they are different but in reality most speakers use them interchangeably. I would use "for" instead of "in".

The meaning of the word company could be different: an organization, a crew, an army unit, a building etc. I think the context is very important in this case.

Which company do you work for?
I felt nervous in the company of such an important man.
Some jokes are just not appropriate to tell in mixed company.
He has already worked in morning TV for Sky.
These and many others have worked for private presses and in limited editions where fine illustrations are especially prized.

For me, #1 presents "doing X" from the outside, as a whole; while #2 presents "doing X" from the inside, as a process.
