LONGMAN CONTEMPERRARY ENGLISH DICTIONARY (third edition) interprets 'Wednesday through Friday' as 'from Wednesday until Friday'. If so, then:

'I'll stay here Wednesday through Friday' would mean 'I'll stay here from Wednesday until Friday'.

But my understanding is: If 'I'll stay here Wednesday through Friday' , then 'I'll leave on Saturday'. and

if 'I'll stay here from Wednesday until Friday', then 'I'll leave on Friday'.

I don't think 'Wednesday through Friday' equals 'from Wednesday until Friday'. Am I right?

Could I ask native English teachers to help me with my question?

It does equal from--until. You are leaving on Friday. You could actually be leaving on Saturday morning, but the same happens with from Wednesday till Friday. Why should the night be excluded??

To me the use of "through" indicates that all day Friday is included in the period, so probably the next action will begin on Saturday, whereas "until" indicates that Friday is the terminating day - although it can be any time within that day.
