Miss
To whom it may concern:
I would like to ask about the letters your are going to sign instead of some one else.
Where should I put my name and where her or his name? The place of my signature and how can I put for would such instruction be correct?
For example my name is a.b and her name which I am going to write and sign letter instead is c.d would this be ok?
Scincerely yours
a.b
for
c.d
and my signature should be above or below a.b
Please let me know the answer in return.
Thanks in advance,
Z.Rahmdel

Re: Miss
When signing on behalf of another person, the general rule is:
"Yours sincerely,
[your signature]
pp xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx
[job title]"
